Around the world the impact of media is being felt on a daily basis. Media has been a mighty tool in the hands of many marketing companies and advertising barons in their money making ventures. Television has emerged as the largest communication medium in today's times which reaches to multi lingual, multi cultural, multi ethnic and pluralistic society.

It was imperative that sooner or later the Christian world would rise to see the potential that media carries for evangelical purposes. And across the globe we can see television evangelism picking up, leading to a salvation explosion.

One section of society most influenced by Media has been the youth. Music and movies have always caught the fancy of youngsters and today more and more youth are addicted to the daily television. That is why the team of AKMI is passionate about reaching to this generation of youth and prepared to give it all to see the name of Jesus made famous.

Anil Kant Ministries International are prepared to echo the saving message of Jesus Christ around the globe, empowering people to lead and impact in every sphere of their lives.

1. EK NAYEE ZINDAGI

In October 2005 Anil Kant joined hands with CBN to host a daily Christian program on two of the leading Indian secular channels to reach to the millions of Hindi speaking viewers. The program titled ‘ Ek Nayee Zindagi' means ‘A new life' in Hindi. It is the first Hindi daily Christian program and is receiving a good response.

‘ Ek Nayee Zindagi' is a reflection of the different aspects of life and transformation of lives by the power of the Spirit of God. It speaks the word of God directly to viewers with a practical approach in different day to day aspects and situations of life. The life changing testimonies of people is followed by Anil Kant ministering to the viewers with a message based on the Word and his songs.

2. ZINDAGI FOREVER

Matthew 28:18-20 “God the father has called us as kings, priests and prophets to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.” The prayer of Jabez was to enlarge the borders and extend his territory. God wanted to extend Anil Kant's ministry by taking it from music to media. Being greatly encouraged by the wonderful response that ‘Ek Nayee Zindagi' program has been getting in the last nine months, Anil Kant Ministries Intl. took its first step to make a unique praise and worship program, called ‘Zindagi Forever', that captures the intimate presence of God through music-bringing fresh sounds and songs Indian people with the good news of Eternal Life through Jesus Christ. This is the very first Hindi program on the God channel.

Music forms a very major part of the Indian culture and Zindagi Forever uses the same to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The mission is to get every viewer to join in and worship along with Anil Kant and his family with a style of music they appreciate and relate to.
